Animal Form: Belgian Malinois
Human Appearance: Manik is a very lean an muscular girl, but she doesnt look too muscly, as in she doesnt have bulging muscles that show all the time. She stands at 5 feet and 5 1/2 inches, and has very long legs.She weighs 130 pounds, all muscle. She has medium blond hair, which comes down past her shoulders, and is straight. She has large blue eyes, with a dash of yellowy-green around the pupils, and long eyelashes. She's not large in any particular areas, just average. She has a round face, but it is not fat...Her cheeks are a lovely shade of rosey red, it is natural. She never wears makeup, because of her natural beauty.
She walks like a model, and she never drags her heels. She also Generally wears button ups, with lots of black, grey, and white...sometimes, she'll wear her blues and reds, but not much different colors she stays, where its safe on the color schemes. She likes to wear punky clothes when she goes out to parties and such. She almost never wears dresses, but when she does, she looks glamourous, usually wearing long dresses.
Animal Appearance: In her malinois appearance, Manik is a general sized dog. Belgian malinois are a good medium size, and she is average size for her species, standing at 20 inches at the shoulder. She is very lean, and although she looks relatively skinny, she is packed with muscle, and in fact is all muscle. Most malinois have a light buckskin or tan color with darker brown or black markings. Manik is a deep, redish brown color almost like a dark rust, with a black muzzle, and darker flecks and markings on her paws and tail and back. She also has a lite rim of black around her eyes, with a line coming down from the outer corners, that looks like running mascara or eyeliner. Her muzzle is long, and almost pointed, which is typical for belgian malinois. Her eyes are a dark amber color, with a little bit of yellow thrown in.
Personality: She is generally a very fun, and all around great person...but she is also very dark sometimes. She likes the paranormal, and usually doesnt get along with humans very well. She is outgoing most of the time though, looking for more of her species. She does get rather lonely at times, which makes it hard on her...she can be very flirty on occasion, and goes to clubs most of the time when she's single to try and pick up a guy or even just a one night stand type of guy. When she wants something, such as reaching a goal, she is determined, and do whatever it takes to get what she wants. Her pet peve is being little over protective....when she has a boyfriend, or very close friend, she will step in if anyone is threatening them in the slightest, and she would not hesitate to break some necks for a friend. She is also pretty violent sometimes, and extremely hyperactive.....she always has to have something to do.
Background: Her background was pretty normal up until she found out that she was adopted. She was adopted by the Van family when she was 9 months old, they took her in..but they never told her about her incredible gift, which she discovered when she was 14. She was raised as christian, and she remains, but non-practicing. When her adopted family told her about her family, she looked them up, found her real family's name and origin. She never found them, but she still thinks about them all the time. Manik grew up in Ohio, but she found out that she was born in germany...
In past jobs, shes usually worked with animals such as kennels and such...she always felt that she had a strong connection with the animals around her. She has a high school education, along with one year in community college. She never had very long relationships, her longest lasting 3 months, due to a feeling of boredom. Humansjust never seemed as exciting as her own species..
She generally tried to stay in nature as much as her family would allow, trying to hide in the forest, where her instincts took her. Once she stayed out for 3 days, and her family sent out a search and rescue team to find her; they brought her back in restraints. She has also always had a curiousity when it came to fire, and she had almost set her house on fire more than once... But she never tried anything like setting the forest on fire, for she loved it far too much.

Manik trotted stealthily through the brush, trying her best to blend with anything that she could. occasionally, she would sniff around scenting for anything or anyone near. She scented the air silently, now smelling another prescence(sp?). she inched closer, and noticed the smell was coming from a rabbit, a rather fat one at that....she was actually suprised that it hadn't been eaten already. 'better fix that then...' she thought to herself. she watched closely, waiting for the perfect time to attack. when she saw a good opening to attack, she lunged out of the brush, landing one of her paws in the square middle of it's back..she looked around, making sure that no other wolves were around to steal her meal. when she was sure that no one was with her, she bent down, and killed the rabbit with a swift bite to the throat. Blood flushed into her mouth in a steady stream. she swallowed it happily, and dragged it to a nearby tree, happily tearing it apart in the cool shade. She then heard a noise coming from some bushes, so she dug a small hole in the ground, just big enough fro the half-eaten rabbit. She covered it up, to find it later, and trotted of to investigate.
